The meeting is all about the Economic Building will be the hub of general cleaning, meaning the building should be clean and presentable when the superintendent and the district supervisors comes and inspect.

Climax: Ms. Noel and Mr. Sawit were having a conversation talking about the visitation of the superintendent and the district supervisors. Because the superintendent and the supervisors are telling them that they will be having a inspection, PLHS already have a plan.

Falling Action: After dinner and Ms. Noel and Mr. Sawit finished their conversation. Ms. Noel heard the door open when she was cleaning up, Leon, on of the students in PLHS came in. Ms. Noel remembered that Leon wanted to be a Lawyer. She then realized if she had left the school, no one would guide the students properly. Ms. Noel really cares about the students so she decided to stay and guide Leon and all the PLHS students.

Ending: All the teachers and the staff together with the "gods" the superintendent and the district supervisors were taking a souvenir photo. All the teachers are lined up at their proper position. Though MS. Noel was late, she ran to her place in the lowest rung of the hierarchy with pride and humility.

Symbolism: The symbolism i saw is in the title which is the "gods"it symbolizes the superintendent and the district supervisors.

Theme: The theme of the story is that we should never forget why we are doing this job. Think about the people who are inspiring us to work harder.

Lesson: Don't mind the people telling you what to do, though they have good intention, your decision is more important. Follow your heart.
